I am going to reach the end ...
I think the bone of the class is completed. It lacks of a general parsing
function, able to recognize the date format from a string then set the
correct datetime value (expressed by a time_t). But I am gonna make it ...
I also built up a comparison mechanism (both for date and time values).
But all I need is your opinion ... Let me know !!!
Another point to be adjusted is the "interface" with system library
functions, like strptime and timegm. I think this could be done by querying
the system for these functions, with configure scripts and providing our
internal version if not present (with pre-compiled directives such as #if
HAVE_STRPTIME, for example).
