Hi,
I would like to point http://metalab.unc.edu/kevina/mysql++/. It
is a C++ library that encapsulate the MySQL interface and provides more
functionalities. It was designed with the idea to plug other SQL databases.
It may be a good interface choice. The cons are:
. it uses templates
. the author is not active any more
. it's in alpha release
. no release since Sept 98
the pro are:
. it's better than starting from scratch
. Michael Widenius (lead Mysql developper) is using it since
June 99
