If the spider is not able to traverse your directory tree, you
can include the URL for the pages that are not reached in the
start_urls directive in the configuration file for ht://Dig.

Since you're talking of "pulldown menus", I assume you either
do the navigation by Java/JavaScript or via <FORM> instead of
using normal links, so you'll probably have to include all of
the pages to be indexed in the start_urls directive.
