I think there's a one or two line patch for some problems with CygWin. I
don't apply any of the Sleepycat patches because it's usually easier to
wait until a new version comes out with the patches built in. ;-)

This would count as a "local modification" as far as CVS is concerned.
So that would be included in the "some patches applied..."
