I'm aware of this--the Perceps utility would crash on some source files. :-(
(I sent a bug report with the code to the developers.)
IMHO, it seemed like that program produced more useful output with minimal
effort to reformat comments than anything else. If people have other
suggestions for a source browser, please feel free to share!
