I've commited changes to implement ascii dump of the word
database. Also cleanup of WordList (code factorization).
I assumed there is no good reason to have WordList words as a
static variable in Retriever and moved into the Retriever object instead.
The Retriever::Start function now calls words.Close at end to flush the
word database. Access to the word database later in the code will therefore
see it.
Geoff, I'd appreciate if you could have a look at the ascii word
database since it contains strange document references (try make check).
Also the db.docs has binary in it.
