No, many of them have been around for ages. Since as of late, no one 
had access to purify, it took a lot longer to hunt down memory leaks.

The leak that I'd *really* like to get is in DocumentRef.cc. There 
seems to be a leak in the Serialize macros, at least for strings. In 
3.1.x, this meant you leaked every excerpt (!), so it's at least a 
*smaller* leak.

Hans-Peter and I checked it over and couldn't find it easily. It may 
be easier to re-code the macros as inline functions, which should get 
rid of it.
