Hello,

I am planning to use ht://Dig as search engine for an internet project.
There I will use a perl-script and a database to generate web-pages.
Every time there is a change in the database, the corresponding page
will be regenerated.

1.
Is it possible to index singel web-pages with htdig (just after the files
were generated)?

2.
When the page changes, how can I delete the "old" page from the
htdig-database?

I read the FAQ and didn't found any answer for that problem. And also the
commandline-parameters for htdig didn't gave me any information how to
index a single page and how to delete an entry from the database.

Thank you very much for you answer,

Wolfram Krause
