i see that now. so it just leaves this "encoding" issue (which is not
solved by my patch). so i drop that "multilanguage" and go for "encoding"
so user agent recveives proper HTTP headers (thus can handle char set
properly).

that's right. but while i'm going to drop that it is not necessary to fix
it.

thanks for advice. also if you have comments about "encoding" feature
(i.e. config option "encoding" which will be used by htsearch to produce
proper HTTP headers so user agant properly handle localized messages in
HTML content).
