I can't agree. If you want to fetch http://www.gc.lviv.ua/ directly, you
connects to www.gc.lviv.ua and sends command
"GET /"
If you fetch it via proxy, you connects to proxy and sends commnd "GET
http://www.gc.lviv.ua/"
The HTTP commands for proxy and direct connection are _different_
