Hmmm.  Do you mean that in the case of meta keywords, they should be
indexed even if doindex is 0?  That doesn't seem right to me.  I'd think
that if doindex is 0, got_word() should not be called.  I'd chalk this
up to an oversight - I've looked at this code I don't know how many times,
and it never occurred to me until this morning.
