Ok, I finished splitting Configuration. It's late here and I'm going
home! I dont work tommorow so I'm double checking if I didn't forget
to commit something...

* htdig: Split the Configuration class into Configuration
and HtConfiguration. All the HtConfiguration and the
configuration parsing (lex..) was woved to htcommon.
Configuration was replaced by HtConfiguration as needed
