Hi,
I've added the htdb directory that contains modified versions
of db_dump, db_load and db_stat called respectively htdump, htload and
htstat. These versions all have a -S flag to set the page size and a
-z flag to activate the compression. The compression activated is the
one from Marcel.
Without these utilities it was no longer possible to db_dump,
db_load or db_stat. I felt it was mandatory to include this in the
distribution.
