I've also tried a few compiles on a RedHat 6.0 system with
egcs-c++-1.1.2-12, and got many different warnings there. I haven't had a
chance to look into what all the warnings mean, and why there are so many
differences between egcs-c++ and gcc-c++. If I can get a complete build
happening on these two systems, I can send in all the warnings from both.

I've lost track of which code belongs to whom, but I can post complete
logs of the two builds and leave it to the respective authors to sort
it out and deal with it.

Yes, get some sleep. It's not late here, but I'm leaving in a few hours
for much needed Holidays, so I'll be unsubscribing from the htdig3-dev
and htdig mailing lists, to avoid a flood when I return in January.
For anything that I must see, you can cc me directly.
