[htdig3-dev] Pfuii ;-) htdig-3-2-x compiles & pass tests

       Hi,

       I've just commited the last patches that finish the merge of 
mifluz-0.16 and htdig-3-2-x. The regression test all pass. I've compiled
on Solaris too but there may still be some warnings.
