Depends on when you are asking...
Either ATM network routing problems or a network loop at Verio. We're trying
our best to move away from them as fast as possible!
Sometime in the next month or so, htdig.org will be moved to a new facility in
Colorado. 4 x OC3 connectivity. It'll be nice!
