Wotcher,
For some reason our copy of 3.1.0 has stopped displaying the documents -
despite the fact it still lists the number of hits it had found.
Could not find anything wrong - so I ran the usual rebuild stuff - no
change. I then deleted the entries in the db directory and then rebuilt it
again - still the same problem.
I then copied the latest version off your site (3.1.5). However when I try
the install it gives me the following message.

It then stops !
I suspect (probably wrongly) that it cannot get the host name. If you run
"hostname" or look at /etc/hosts it seems ok. However i know this machine
actually has 7 different aliases and addresses, do you think this is
confusing the program ?
Any suggestions ? - The OS is SCO UnixWare 7.
Regards
Richard
