[htdig3-dev] nl_types.h

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to supply nl_types.h in htlib?  My system does not have it. 
Neither does it have langinfo.h.  Do I need to install some other package
or upgrade my GCC?  Please advise.

Platform: BSDI 4.0.1
Compiler: GCC Version 2.7.2.1
