Everything Gilles mentioned is useful (I need to check bugs.html to see if
it mentions all this). Another useful trick on large databases (mine is
about 76,000) is to run just htdig -v, see what document crashed it, then
try just that document with -vvvv. This will let us know if it's a problem
with that document and if so where the problem is.
