We've been hacking the list server software to clean things up a bit. At
this point all automatically-generated messages should be ignored. Even
better, anyone posting a message won't get bounced mail!
The list is open so that people can post questions without needing to
subscribe. It can be a pain, but IMHO it's worth the slight trouble.
