Im trying to compile htdig 3.1.2 on my Slackware 3.4 box. configure runs fine, but when I run "make" the below is what I get: gcc -c -DDEFAULT_CONFIG_FILE=\"/opt/www/htdig/conf/htdig.conf\" -I../htlib -I../htcommon -I../db/dist -I../rx/rx -I../include -g -O2 Configuration.cc In file included from /usr/include/g++/fstream.h:30, from Configuration.cc:15: /usr/include/g++/iostream.h:91: parse error before `__extension__' /usr/include/g++/iostream.h:208: parse error before `__extension__' make[1]: *** [Configuration.o] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/tmp/htdig-3.1.0/htlib' make: *** [all] Error 1 In searching the mailing list archive, several other people have reported a similar problem, but I couldn't find any responses, or ideas to fix it. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could shed some light on the issue.
