This is quite easy if your staff members have a fixed IP range or
access the server via a proxy gateway which is otherwise unavailable
to the public.
If you use a dynamic approach to make the query, you can then test
the IP of the referring client and switch configuration files accordingly.
The approach should work with any server-parsed content, not only PHP,
since you don't even need to use server-parsed templates.
