To all htDig subscribers and the IP providers of the Spammer:-
The following person used our mailing list that does not allow SPAM or indeed
any commercial advertising, and has wasted the server resources of htDig.ord
with inappropriate spam. It's is particularly stupid given that a large
proportion of HTDig subscribers live outside the US in any case, besides which
who in their right mind would give any business to a spammer ?
I also draw your attention to US Federal law that makes this particular format
thoroughly illegal and those responsible criminally and civilly liable.
I will also be forwarding this to the FCC as an official complaint and
requesting USWEST.NET be placed on the auto propagating spamlist unless action
is promptly taken to remove this account.
