Just because I could, I got a snapshot of 3.2.0 and built it on my
development box (worked first time!) and ran it across that URL as the
start_url and restrict_to_url. It works OK - you can see the results at
http://hermes.nisu.flinders.edu.au/htdig/search.html.
But that doesn't answer your question about 3.1.1, does it?
