[htdig] htdig on HPUX 10.20

Have any of you compiled htdig 3.1.3 on HPUX 10.20.
I am encountering errors on iostream.h and string.h files.
[ Redeclaration errors ]

If you have successfully compiled, pls. let me know what you did to
overcome the compilation errors.
