[htdig] 3.1.3

I am trying to run Htdig under Apache 1.3.9. There are about 6 virtual 
domains, and no matter what I try, I can get Htdig to only find the 
index.html on each site. I.e. none of the pages in the subdirectories 
are found. What have I missed?
