You simply answered your own question: No, you don't need to hack
HTML.cc,
but you should take a different start_url (or limit_urls_to) since
you're
limiting the whole indexing process to a single page with this setup.
Try setting limit_urls_to to
"http://www.dent.ucla.edu/ce/online/case_studies/remov_prost/"
That should fix your problem (i.e. if all of that "slide-show" is in
or below this URL) ;-)
