[htdig] Acquire pdftotext and pdfinfo

I want to put pdftotext and pdfinfo on my virtual web host provider
(Mindspring). Of course, going with Mindspring that means I don't have
shell access.

Where can I get the appropriate pdftotext and pdfinfo binaries? Remember, I
cannot './configure' nor can I 'make'...
