OK, there's a distinction here. It would be a bug if the same URL 
were returned in the results multiple times. It is *not* a bug if the 
same page with *different* URLs appears. This can happen if you have 
a lot of symlinks or aliases on your site. If you insist on having 
these, then you'll probably want to add in a few of them for 
exclude_urls.
