I almost forgot to mention. In the 3.2 tree, there is now a htdump porgram
that will dump the databases to a text file, including decoding the URL
and decompressing the excerpt. (This is a bit more important in 3.2 since
the excerpts are in a separate DB.) This is probably the quick-and-dirty
way to read these databases.
