There's your answer. Mayb eit should be spelled out more clearly in the
htdig.conf file, but when you delete an attribute, it stays at the default
value.
The documentation at <http://www.htdig.org/attrs.html#exclude_urls> tells
you that the default is /cgi-bin/ .cgi
So you'll want this to "clear" the attribute.
