I guess it really depends on what you want to make searchable...
If you want to be able to perform shape searches, then you are out of luck.
If you want to do searches on text within flash files you can write a flash to
text converter and use that as an external parser to htdig.
If you just want to search through text that describes flash files in the form
of legends or other HTML arround the flash files, you should be able to use
ht://Dig as is.
