According to Richard Abraham:

I'm not sure, but it seems to be some sort of incompatibility between your
libstdc++ and your libgcc, causing the two conflicting modules to be loaded.
I'd think that it should only take one or the other.  You mentioned you have
gcc 2.7.2, but the libgcc it's using seems to be 2.8.1, again suggesting a
version conflict.
