This will be more space efficient. There's a small amount of overhead in
the database structures, so I usually prefer this route.
The catch is that the form is open for everyone to see and it's not to
hard to imagine that you could change the restrict value to get other
information. If it's simply an issue of public sections, then there isn't
a problem. But if you want to "hide" some of the data, then you probably
want a separate database.
