According to Adam Lewenberg:

It means your version of htsearch still has the scoring bug. There was a
problem with the snapshot building scripts since about May 30, which was
corrected sometime after Aug. 20, so your snapshot is not as recent as
you thought it was. Sorry, should have caught it sooner, but I was thinking
that the fix to the snapshot scripts was in earlier than it actually was.
