Well, if you can't be bothered with compiling, try
http://smc.vnet.net/solaris_2.6.html. They've got pre-compiled packages
to download. There's also a page for 2.5.1 as well.

All GNU programs can be found at ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu
I suggest you grab gcc as well as libg++ as a minimum. Both have
information on building them on a variety of platforms including Solaris
2.6.
