I have a problem.
When I search for "fr�ga" and "FR�GA" htsearch will find the documents but
when i search for "FR�GA" it will not find anything.
It's the same for � and �.
And the abstract after a search in swedish texts will be:
"F�RETAG; G�R DET SJ�LV FR�GA"
all letters in capital except the swedish letters ���... but I want it all
in small letters.
Someone have a solution och or a hint what's wrong?
