How the pdf_parser command was called is not really documented;
it is only briefly mentioned as something compatible with
acrobat reader.
 Ok, it's just a nit. But at least it says what parameters are
passed now.

          Set this to the path of the program used to parse PDF
! files. The program will be called with the parameters:<br>
!         <tt>-toPostScript</tt> <em>infile tempdir</em>,<br>
! where <em>infile</em> is a file to parse and <em>tempdir</em>
! is a directory for storing temporary files. The program is
! supposed to convert to a variant of PostScript, which is then
! parsed internally. Currently only the acroread
! program has been tested as a PDF parser.
