From my limited experience that looks about right.
We have a large number (500,000+) of fairly small files that total
about 2.89GB and the contents of our htdig/db directory has grown to
2.5GB.
I always get worried when I read posts from people who say that their
indices are 3 to 4 times the size of their data, I don't have that
much disk space!
Cheers,
Paul

Hi friends out there in htDig land,
I have a site of 50MB and htmerge has generated the contents of the
htdig/db directory to 70MB.
Is that the sort of file size that is expected?
Regards to all....Ken
