htdig: configure blows up

Hi,
        I am trying to configure htdig 3.1.0b1 on an HP 800 running
HPUX 10.20.  It blows up when it hits fstream.h in the configure.  I
have gcc and g++ and libg++.  I also have the gnu sed 2.05 and the
binutils.  3.0.8b2 configures okay, but it blows up on the make.
