This is confusing. There is not one beta of the 3.2 code. There are
two beta releases 3.2.0b1 and 3.2.0b2 and then of course there are
also snapshots available of 3.2.0b3 each week. (With a
README.snapshots that tells you what you're getting into.)

That would depend very much on the version you're using. My guess is
that you have a server misconfiguration if you can get results from
the command-line.
