Keep in mind that ht://Dig, like many search engines, will go through 
servers round-robin style. So if you have several servers, indexing 
will interleave requests between them and the delay between 
consecutive requests on the same server is more significant.

Personally, I'd say if you're indexing someone else's server, you 
should wait at least 10 seconds before hitting it again. So 
"server_wait_time: 10" should be a minimum. (This will guarantee 10 
seconds even with the interleaving.)
