Hi Benoît, Model-DBIC has been moved into a separate distribution - it's no longer in trunk/HTML-FormFu - it's now in trunk/HTML-FormFu-Model-DBIC If you could send this again as a diff file I can apply as a patch, I'll take a look into it.
