To be able to commit, you'll need to checkout from the https url.
If, for example, you've checked out trunk/HTML-FormFu, you should be
able to just switch by running
svn switch --relocate \
http://html-formfu.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/HTML-FormFu \
https://html-formfu.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/HTML-FormFu \
