I dunno Brian, isn't Bricolage an open source tool with support for
HTML::Template? I don't mind hearing about tools list members develop
for use with HT.

Also, I know David makes many contributions to Perl and open source, and
is quite helpful on a number of lists that I subscribe to.

I think you're being a little hard on him.
