Two possible places that it could turn up in:
Macintosh HD:Library:Perl:HTML:Template.pm
or
Macintosh HD:Users:YourUserName:Library:Perl:HTML:Template
If it ends up in your Users:Library then in your perl file you'll have to
include the "use lib '/Macintosh HD/Users/YourUserName/Library/Perl';"
before you "use HTML::Template;"

P.S.: It looks like 'locate' does come installed on Mac OS X by default, so
you can try that.
