Sorry, I don't. Here's what I'd do if I needed to find out:
1) Search on search.cpan.org. Possible terms: gettext, i18n, locale.
2) Post on perlmonks.org. It's a great place for just about any
Perl question and I'm sure there's a few i18n gurus hanging
around.
