I had started work on a java version, but stopped after putting in
<tmpl_var>. Need regex support for better handling.
Still, with the new regex support in java, it should work out.
My approach is very simplistic, and doesn't consider most of the things
that HTML::Template does, but hey, it lets me do all my programming in
perl, and then just port it to java to satisfy the people upstairs.
