Hi David,

As Ortwin mentioned there are no real plans to do anything with the
test server other than test HttpClient.  Though, as part of the 4.0
redesign we do hope to make HttpClient more modular and suitable to
use in a client, server, or proxy.  My guess is that at some point we
will create a simple HTTP server using 4.0 http-common and the test
server.  Anything you'd like to contribute to the process would be
certainly appreciated.
