I've kept the version at 0.3.2, which was the last release of Norbert, no changes since that release. I've also kept the changes.xml for the moment. I'm not too sure on the best way to dump a small part of an svn repository, so I haven't brough the full history over. I imagine it should be dependent on http-core somehow for the bit of code that downloads the robots.txt file; but for the moment I'll leave that be. Any thoughts on what should be next? Once a release can get out, I'll update the norbert site to point to HttpComponents.
